Phms-12 was synthesized from 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4H), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), hexamethyldisiloxane
(mm), vinyl trimethoxysilane and allyl glycidyl ether. It was used as additive liquid silicone rubber. The effect of phms-12 content on the viscosity, hardness, vulcanization properties and adhesion properties of various base materials was investigated. The results show that when the content of PHMS-12 is 0.8%, the adhesion between the liquid silicone rubber and PET, PI, stainless steel, copper and aluminum is good. The tensile strength of the silicone rubber is 7.3 MPa, the elongation at break is 400%, the tear strength is 30.5 kN/m, and the shore A hardness is 61 degrees, The scorch time (T10) and positive vulcanization time (T90) were 34 s and 86 s respectively.
