Isso ocorre devido ao aumento da rela\u00e7\u00e3o de resina MQ na formula\u00e7\u00e3o. Aumentar a quantidade de BPO pode ser uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a densidade m\u00e1xima de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o tem um limite, mesmo que o BPO seja usado em excesso. Uma goma com menor Mw ajuda a diminuir a viscosidade da formula\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a ades\u00e3o ao cisalhamento \u00e9 prejudicada.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Al\u00e9m dos PSAs curados com per\u00f3xido, a densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser controlada alterando o n\u00famero de grupos vin\u00edlicos na goma. O tolueno tem toxicidade aguda, bem como irrita\u00e7\u00e3o das mucosas quando exposto ao tolueno. O xileno, como o tolueno, \u00e9 t\u00f3xico, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 cancer\u00edgeno com 2-etilbenzeno.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Tentamos usar isoparafina, livre de tolueno e xileno, para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de PSA de silicone. A isoparafina tem o benef\u00edcio de ser n\u00e3o irritante, pois \u00e9 um composto encontrado em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es cosm\u00e9ticas. Tem o benef\u00edcio adicional de ter bom desempenho para molhar o suporte por meio da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o superficial.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Nos PSAs curados com per\u00f3xido, solventes polares como metil isobutil cetona, acetato de etila ou acetato de propilenoglicol monometil \u00e9ter devem ser usados com isoparafina, pois a isoparafina n\u00e3o consegue dissolver BPO.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">No tipo curado por adi\u00e7\u00e3o, o Mw da goma pode ser diminu\u00eddo, ent\u00e3o a viscosidade do PSA pode ser mais baixa. O PSA de silicone convencional deve ter teor de 40% ou inferior para revestimento, no entanto, o PSA usando goma de menor Mw pode ser revestido com teor de 70%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Pouco solvente permanece no PSA ap\u00f3s a cura, portanto, tolueno e xileno permaneceriam pouco na camada de PSA curada para PSA de silicone convencional. SPSA sem solvente<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Existe uma demanda de mercado por redu\u00e7\u00e3o de solventes na camada curada de PSAs em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es como fitas isolantes el\u00e9tricas, fitas resistentes ao calor, fitas de demarca\u00e7\u00e3o e fitas de suporte para dispositivos el\u00e9tricos quando utilizados em espa\u00e7os de trabalho fechados, como salas limpas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">A remo\u00e7\u00e3o total de solventes das formula\u00e7\u00f5es de PSA de silicone reduz a fluidez \u00e0 temperatura ambiente. A goma de 210.000 Mw medida tem um Mw inferior ao habitual para PSAs gerais.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Conforme mencionado, as propriedades do PSA n\u00e3o mudam com diferentes Mws se a densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o for mantida constante. No entanto, o uso de pol\u00edmero base de menor Mw funcionalizado com grupos vin\u00edlicos leva a uma maior densidade de reticula\u00e7\u00e3o, o que resulta em um PSA menos macio e, portanto, com menor ades\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">PSA de silicone de baixa ades\u00e3o pode ser obtido em formula\u00e7\u00f5es livres de solvente controlando-se o Mw do pol\u00edmero base e a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de goma\/resina MQ. As propriedades de PSA dos tipos de <a id=\"\u5236\u5907\u673a\u7406\" name=\"\u5236\u5907\u673a\u7406\"><\/a>baixa ades\u00e3o e superbaixa ades\u00e3o est\u00e3o na Tabela 2.7. Esses tipos de PSA podem ser aplicados sem solventes org\u00e2nicos. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel aplicar uma camada mais espessa e formar material curado com mais de 10 mm de espessura. Pode ser aplicado como preenchimento de espa\u00e7os entre vidros e telas planas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.0000pt; margin:0pt 0pt 0.0001pt; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.5pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0000pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Open Sans'\">Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o PSA de silicone convencional, esses tipos de PSA t\u00eam menor viscosidade.
