Liquid crosslinker for high refractive led potting adhesive was prepared with Dihydroxydiphenylsilane(DPSD), 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane
(D4H) and 1,1,3,3 - Tetramethyldisiloxane
(HMM/TMDSO) as raw materials and 70% concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the properties of crosslinker were discussed.
The results show that under the condition of reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and reaction time of 5h, phenylhydropolysiloxane with high refractive index and yield can be obtained, and the hydrogen content is about 0.6%, which has better thermal stability and application performance.
