XJY-8206 VMQ silicone resin is a silicone resin composed of monofunctional Si-O unit (M unit “mono”) and tetrafunctional Si-O unit (SiQZ referred to as Q unit “quad”). It has a tight double-layer structure ball. It is generally a powder, soluble in a variety of organic solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons/petroleum hydrocarbons, but insoluble in water.Effective group is vinyl group.

XJY-8206 methyl vinyl silicone resin (VMQ silicone) is mainly used in high transparency and high hardness silicone rubber, as an additional filler for LSR two-component liquid silicone rubber.
Due to the presence of vinyl groups on the molecule, it can be cross-linked with the hydrogen-containing silicone oil in the LSR two-component cross-linking agent to improve the hardness and mechanical strength of the system.
VMQ silicone and two-component addition molding silicone rubber systems are increasingly widely used in the field of dentistry. Since the base material is Vinyl Polydisiloxane (VPS), it is referred to as VPS material.
VPS system has no by-products are produced. It has a short reaction time, excellent dimensional accuracy and stability, and a stable silicon-oxygen main chain. The grid can be slid and oriented under force and has good mechanical properties.
The addition of white carbon black in the white carbon black of the VPS system will greatly increase the viscosity of the system. Therefore, by adding VMQ silicone instead of white carbon black, not only can the strength of the impression be improved, but also the viscosity will not be affected.
Application
XJY-8206 powder is packed in 25 kg cardboard drums or 15 kg cartons.
The solution of XJY-8206 and vinyl polydisiloxane is packed in 200 kg iron drum

Packaging
VMQ silicone is stored in the original unopened containers. Keep away from light, rain, and ventilation below 40℃ in a dry and cool place.
