XJY-801 Polymethylsilsesquioxane (Spherical Silicone Resin Powder) can, be widely used in high-end transparent PC lamps, lampshades, lightboxes, flat-panel LCD light diffusers plates, etc. 

Polymethylsilsesquioxane silicone microspheres are a kind of superfine spherical powder material with organic and inorganic characteristics, a three-dimensional network spherical shape. It has good optical properties, dispersion, lubricity, heat resistance, excellent silky feel, and so on.


1. Light diffusion agent: Used in PC / PP / PMMA / lampshade / Light Box, Flat-panel LCD PS light diffuser, PET light diffusing film to provide good optical performance balance of transmittance, haze as well as diffusion effect.

In resin processing, Polymethylsilsesquioxane powder silicone light diffusers can be used as light scattering agents. The light refractive index of the spherical silicone resin is different from that of the basic material. Light from a single direction can be diffused into various directions inside the diffusion material with spherical silicone resin to obtain a translucent frosting effect. Compared with inorganic powder, this product has better compatibility with resin and is easier to disperse in resin.
